Aging : Aged for 11 months in stainless steel tanks on lees, no fining (suitable for vegans), and very light filtration before bottling (may present a slight deposit).
Vinification : Fermentation in stainless steel tanks by indigenous yeasts.
Age of the vines : 40 years
Eye: clear, light golden color
Nose : citrus fruits and white flowers aroma
